Where are users managed?
Managing users is done in ROCK and can only be done by users with "Administrator" role.
Following a ServiceNow request for access, users are managed on the "User Administration" page in ROCK.
It is accessed through the user menu (top-right corner).
What operations can I perform in User administration?
Anyone, including non-admins can search for users. The functionality searches in user names, emails, their roles and even assigned OCLs or Country clusters. Give it a try and if it doesn’t cover your needs, please let us know.
On top of that, admins can grant and revoke access to ROCK to Maersk employees and edit the access levels (roles and profiles) of existing users.
