Record the site code, then access the ROCK ACA overview page. Select the corresponding site code from the location search box, and choose the appropriate equipment type from the equipment selection.
Click "Search." Once the data loads, select "Show Customer Allocation." (WIP Subaharini Chellappan please update)
Locate the customer code in the search results and review the Total Allocation and Total Allocation Used.
Ask booking system for the container type, city, and date, as well as whether the customer is placing a contract, free sale, or food grade booking. , verify the following details:
1. Navigate to the customer allocation page and filter the data by customer name or code, container group, and contract, free sale, or food grade status.
Identify the depot and verify whether it is mapped to the pool of the city where the customer is attempting to book. If it is not, this may explain why the allocation is not being considered.
If the mapping is correct, inquire with PMA and SSIB about the price owner code they are sending to ROCK. If the code differs and there is no open availability, the customer will be blocked from booking
It is important to note, a customer is doing contract booking and has contract allocation in Rock, However, the customer is exceeding their contractual limits as outlined in UTM/YVD. Consequently, the booking system checks Rock for any available free sale options. Since there is no availability, the booking is being blocked.

The default ranking logic in ACA is based on quantity in descending order, with the site containing the highest number of containers appearing at the top of the list. However, the system can be configured to bypass this logic and utilize a manual ranking of sites as specified through the UI
This configuration can be managed through the UI, where users can allocate percentages for CY and SD based on the combination of site, container group, and dates. To fully allocate all containers to SD, users can simply set SD to 100% via the UI
